Early Striking with Main Beam

Early Striking with Main Beam

Early Striking with DropHeads: The system utilizes a drop-Head mechanism that allows panels and main beams to be lowered and removed for use
on the next floor as early as one day after concreting. The concrete slab remains supported by the props and drop-heads, ensuring it can continue to cure
without interruption.
Lightweight and Easy to Handle: As a system made of aluminum components, it is exceptionally lightweight. The heaviest component,

the AD Panel (1.80 x 0.75 m), weighs only 24 kg, making it easy for workers to handle without requiring a crane.
Fewer Props, More Space: The use of long main beams allows for a spacious grid of props, with a common arrangement of 1.80 x 2.10 m.

This configuration requires fewer props (0.265 props per m²), creating more open space for material transport and other work.
Durable and High-Quality Finish: The panels and beams are protected by electrostatic powder-coating, while the heads are hot-dip galvanized.

The standard panel covering is a 12 mm MAO board (with a plywood alternative available), which helps produce a smooth, “fair-face” concrete finish.
System Compatibility: While typically used with standard props, the system is also compatible with other shoring systems like Aluminium Multi-Props,
Ring-Lock, Cuplock, and Shorebrace Frames .
