MEGA Shoring Tower

MEGA Shoring Tower

Load-bearing capacity of 1,000kN per leg

Overview:
The Mega Shoring Tower is a
heavy-duty modular falsework system designed for supporting high loads in bridges, viaducts, large slabs, and other civil works.

It is constructed from walers, joints, diagonals, and jacks, offering great adaptability, high capacity, and safety.

Towers can be erected independently or joined for stability.

Main components:

• Walers (primary beam) forming tower frames).

• Vertical Legs / Standards (main load-bearing members).

• Orthogonal Joints and Head Joints (structural connectors).

• Adjustable Base Jacks and Head Jacks (leveling and
load transfer).

• Horizontal and Diagonal Braces (stability).

• Longitudinal Bracing Elements (tower connection).

• Platforms, Guardrails, and Ladders (safety & access).

Modular Solution for MAO-MEGA Shoring Tower :

Primary and secondary versatile, modular shoring system designed for heavy loads in infrastructure and high-rise construction] These connectable beams are engineered for high load-bearing capacity and the safe transfer of forces, making them suitable for projects such as bridges, tunnels, and power plants. The system’s modularity, with a wide range of extensions and a continuous hole grid in the flange and web, allows for flexible adaptation

to various structures and formwork geometries.
