Overview of Plastic Panel system:

MAO-Plastic Panel is a reusable formwork system made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), a lightweight, durable, and recyclable techno polymer.
Designed mainly for square and rectangular reinforced concrete columns. Lightweight (≈ 11 kg per panel) → can be assembled manually without a crane.
Modular system: all panels are 60 cm high, and dimensions can be adapted according to project needs.
Reusable more than 100 times with proper cleaning and maintenance.

Applications
1. Columns
1. Square or rectangular concrete columns of variable dimensions.
2. Can create “star-shaped” configurations with the same panels.
2. Plinths / Foundations
1. Efficient for foundation bases and plinths.
3. Walls & Combined Elements
1. Integration with walls → columns and walls can be poured together in one casting.
4. Large-Scale Buildings / Serial Construction
1. Ideal for repetitive projects (residential blocks, mass construction).
2. Faster assembly/disassembly → cost reduction.
